       My name is Tony Green, and I’m a professional fitness instructor based in Shiloh, Georgia. I’m more than just a trainer — I’m a man who has walked through the fire and came out stronger. My passion is life, and my mission is to help people — no matter who they are — take control of their health, transform their bodies, and renew their minds. I believe that health is the foundation of everything, and your body is your only true vehicle in this life. I’ve been through it all:

 

• Hypertension

• Anxiety

• Heart problems

• Self-esteem issues

• I was nearly diagnosed diabetic

 

I know what it’s like to feel broken, to cry tears of pain — and also the power of pushing through and tasting victory. I chose the hard road because it leads to long life and real growth. Every rep, every step, every drop of sweat has meaning. My goal is to guide you on your journey, because I’ve lived the struggle, and now I live the solution
